Rental Term

The rental term is 14 days. Customers are responsible for calling to set up a removal date. If the rental period exceeds 14 days, the customer’s credit card will be charged $10 per day until the dumpster is removed. Anastasio will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requests for additional time.

Payment

Customers are charged the base rental price at the time of sale. They must provide a credit card on file and consent to additional charges, including:

• Rental days exceeding the term
• Fees for inaccessible containers
• Overages or items requiring additional fees
• Cancellation fees and administrative fees for insufficient funds

A $40 fee is charged for checks returned for insufficient funds or closed accounts, or for declined credit cards.

Delivery

Customers must ensure a clear and accessible path for delivering, servicing, and removing containers. If the path is not clear or the container cannot be removed due to overloading, a fee will be charged to the credit card on file:

• $100 for addresses within 20 miles
• $200 for addresses over 20 miles

If a customer cancels a delivery, the following fees apply:

• $25 if canceled 48 hours or more before delivery
• $75 if canceled with less notice but before dispatch
• $100 if the driver is dispatched within 20 miles
• $200 if the driver is dispatched over 20 miles

Customers are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and any fines or costs incurred while in possession of the container.

Damage

Customers release A. Anastasio & Sons Trucking Co., Inc. from liability for any damages related to the container. Customers are responsible for any damage to their property during delivery, service, removal, or while the dumpster is on site. This includes damage to concrete, asphalt, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, fences, landscaping, sprinkler systems, grass, trees, bushes, and other items.

Waste Materials

Customers are responsible for the contents of the container. Additional fees apply for certain items:

$50 for each of the following: Car Tires, Truck Tires, Computer Monitors/ Televisions, Refrigerators, Freezers, A/C Units, Mattresses/ Box Springs

We do NOT Accept: Propane tanks, Paint cans, Tree stumps, Hazerdous Waste.

No hazardous waste is permitted. If prohibited waste is found, the customer is responsible for all related damages, fines, penalties, and liabilities. An additional fee will be charged for handling such waste, starting at $100.

Containers may not be removed if overfilled, with material protruding from the top or sides. Customers must unload excess material at their own expense if the container is too heavy. Fines incurred due to overloaded or overweight containers will be charged to the customer’s credit card. Weather conditions affecting the weight of the container do not warrant credit.

Collections

If a customer fails to pay amounts due or fulfill their obligations, they agree to pay any costs incurred by Anastasio, including late fees, collection fees, court fees, attorney’s fees, and filing fees.

Personal Guarantee

The customer’s electronic signature on this agreement constitutes a personal guarantee.
